Description
The Senior Accountant will lead critical accounting functions across accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, month-end and year-end closing, cash management, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial analysis. The role supervises accounting professionals and clerical employees, coordinates with the Accounting Manager and CFO, interfaces with auditors and government compliance organizations, and provides technical guidance to junior and clerical accountants. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required, CPA is preferred, and three to five years of related experience is required; proficiency with Deltek Costpoint Accounting Software is also required. The salary range is $90,000-$125,000, with possible discretionary bonuses and benefits including health and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts or HSAs, EAP, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
