The role covers job costing, WIP schedules, billing, subcontractor compliance, financial statements, variance analysis, internal controls, fraud prevention, and informal mentorship of junior accountants. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience, at least six years of accounting experience with significant construction focus, and expertise in job cost accounting, WIP, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition. The position offers a salary of $75,000 to $90,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
