The role requires 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise, and proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. It is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the Boston headquarters, with a salary range of $94,900–$118,000 and additional benefits.
