Description
The Solana Foundation is hiring a Senior Accountant to develop and operate the accounting function across the Foundation and its wholly owned US subsidiary. Reporting to the Controller, the role owns procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, accounts payable and receivable, corporate expense controls, general ledger accuracy across two entities, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls. The first six months focus on onboarding expense and bill-pay platforms, integrating procurement, and automating accounts receivable, with the role expanding into process architecture and broader accounting operations. The position requires a qualified accountant with 3–5 years of public and industry experience, including public accounting, financial management, and financial reporting; CPA certification, systems fluency, AI and agentic-systems familiarity, onchain and blockchain knowledge, and startup experience are specified or strongly preferred.
