Quisitive is hiring a Senior Accountant for its Finance & Accounting team to own complex technical accounting research and application, support external financial reporting, and serve as a reporting contact for private equity sponsors and institutional investors. The role involves GAAP research, audit support, investor reporting, M&A accounting, internal controls, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, an active CPA designation, 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting and technical accounting, and strong US GAAP, Excel, and written communication skills.
