XTB Latam is hiring a Senior Accounting Analyst to handle securities accounting, regulatory reporting, month-end and year-end closing, financial instrument accounting under IFRS 9, financial statement preparation, internal controls, and coordination with operations, compliance, accounts payable, and external auditors. The role requires a relevant degree, at least three years of verifiable experience preparing or reviewing financial statements under international standards, experience in a CMF-regulated securities or investment entity, accounting-cycle proficiency, knowledge of financial instruments, and intermediate English proficiency.
