WithCoverage is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to build its accounting function from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role owns premium trust accounting, carrier reconciliation, commission revenue recognition under ASC 606, month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, accounting systems and automation, controls, and audit readiness. The position is a hands-on individual contributor that grows into a management role as the company scales. Candidates need a CPA, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience including Big 4 public accounting and an in-house role at a high-growth company, strong US GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge, and experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or a similar general ledger. The expected starting pay is $180,000–$230,000 per year for candidates based in the United States, with equity and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
