Description
The Exploration Company is hiring a Senior Additive Manufacturing Materials Engineer to develop and qualify additive manufacturing processes and materials for aerospace propulsion products. The role covers process and material development, Directed Energy Deposition implementation, alloy and powder characterization, heat treatment, process qualification, NASA and aerospace standards, troubleshooting, reporting, and onsite quality activities. Candidates need an engineering degree in materials science, metallurgy, welding, or a related field, experience with laser powder bed fusion and directed energy deposition, and strong knowledge of aerospace materials and testing. The position requires onsite work and offers relocation assistance and visa sponsorship where applicable.
