Description
The Senior Advanced Project Engineer will lead capital projects, equipment installations, and operational improvement initiatives across a manufacturing facility. The role combines project management with hands-on process development, including project scoping, budgeting, vendor coordination, commissioning, process trials, data analysis, equipment specifications, automation evaluation, and implementation of improved manufacturing processes. The position requires a technical bachelor’s degree, at least five years of related industrial or manufacturing capital project experience, blueprint and schematic interpretation, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and AutoCAD proficiency.
