Description
The Senior Advisor, Programs will advise and manage workforce development priorities for the Office of Talent and Workforce Development, including program oversight, agency liaison, WIOA support, employer engagement, resource development, and systems-change initiatives. The role supervises at least two staff, coordinates with internal and external partners, prepares policy and presentation materials, and represents NYC Talent publicly. It requires a bachelor’s degree and either 8+ years of relevant experience with at least three years in management or 10+ years of related experience with at least three years in management; workforce-development experience and a master’s degree in public administration are preferred.
