ALAIKA is hiring a senior advisory partner to advise financial-services companies on strategy, data, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity; own accounts and revenue; lead project teams and large initiatives; develop business; and build the firm’s go-to-market and strategic capabilities. The role requires an analytical degree or equivalent track record, at least five years of high-pressure experience, deep hands-on data and AI project delivery, leadership experience, and fluency in English and German. It is based in Munich or Barcelona, offers a partner track from day one, and provides above-market compensation with entrepreneurial bonus structures.
