Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Senior Production Engineer in Newnan, Georgia, to lead the development and optimization of repair processes for aerospace and industrial gas turbine components. The role supports production operations, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, process and capacity enhancement, tooling and equipment improvements, technical documentation, stakeholder presentations, and new product introduction. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of aerospace, industrial gas turbine, or manufacturing engineering experience, and experience with aerospace repair processes, Lean manufacturing, regulated manufacturing environments, and cross-functional collaboration.
