Description
Costain is recruiting a Senior Agent for the West Winch Housing Access Road project in Norfolk, supporting early contractor involvement and construction delivery across a three-stage programme. The role reports to the Construction Manager, contributes to design review, buildability, supply chain engagement, cost forecasting, and site surveys in Stage 1, then leads construction operations in Stage 2 with the Works Superintendent. Responsibilities include managing engineering staff and subcontractors, coordinating with site supervision and SHE, stakeholder, design, quality, and commercial teams, and delivering highway and structures works safely, to specification, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with planning, environmental, and stakeholder requirements.
