Catapult is hiring a senior Agentic AI Engineer to build and operate trustworthy production AI systems for sports performance. The role focuses on specialist and multi-agent systems, orchestration, confidence calibration, human-in-the-loop escalation, evaluation and observability, and collaboration with domain experts to produce grounded, traceable recommendations. Candidates need 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning, artificial intelligence, or software engineering, strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, production systems experience, and hands-on experience shipping production agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and calibrating probabilistic AI or machine learning systems.
