Description
ServiceNow is hiring an experienced software engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise workflows. The role focuses on multi-agent orchestration, memory, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, model integration, evaluation engineering, safety and governance, distributed systems, and production reliability at Fortune 500 scale. Candidates need at least six years of production software engineering experience and hands-on experience delivering generative AI products, with strong knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt engineering, evaluation, system-level cost and latency tradeoffs, APIs, testing, and scalable distributed architectures.
