Absorb is hiring a senior individual-contributor to build an AI-enabled B2B demand generation channel from the ground up. The role owns audience and signal selection, messaging, offers, sequencing, outreach, experimentation, automation, data and analytics partnerships, pipeline measurement, compliance, and sales handoffs. Candidates should have experience founding or building a B2B demand or growth channel, hands-on GTM tooling, B2B messaging and outreach, experimentation, light SQL or API fluency, and knowledge of email deliverability and privacy.
