ELCA is hiring a Senior Agentic Engineer to design, implement, operate, and govern AI-agent solutions in customer software projects. The role combines human supervision and validation of AI-generated work with agentic architecture, system-prompt design, AI-assisted development, and delivery of robust Java/Angular enterprise applications. The engineer will mentor colleagues, develop internal agentic engineering methods, support project acquisition, and ensure coding and CI/CD standards. The position requires a computer science or related degree, at least five years of modern Java development experience, hands-on AI-assisted development experience, mentoring capability, and fluency in German and English.
