ELCA is hiring a Senior Agentic Engineer to design, implement, supervise, and operate AI-agent solutions in enterprise customer projects. The role combines senior Java/Angular software engineering and architecture with AI-assisted development, multi-agent workflow design, quality validation, mentoring, methodology development, and customer acquisition support. It requires a computer science or related degree, at least five years of modern Java development experience, hands-on experience with AI development tools, mentoring experience, and fluency in German and English.
