Description
NiCE is hiring a Senior Agentic Systems Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered tools and autonomous multi-agent workflows for engineering teams. The role covers centralized AI tooling, agent and workflow development, MCP and plugin integrations, RAG, API and CI/CD connections, developer-productivity solutions, and optimization of cost, latency, quality, and reliability. It requires strong LLM and software engineering experience, full-stack capability, and proficiency in modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or React. The position follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week and reports to the Senior Director, Engineering.
