Description
DailyPay is hiring a Senior AI & ML Scientist for its Data Science team to build, maintain, and improve machine learning models that personalize the on-demand pay product, optimize financial decisions, personalize communications, and support fraud controls. The role also involves developing data pipelines and features, deploying and monitoring batch and real-time models, evaluating AI/ML techniques, and partnering with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into production-grade solutions. Candidates need at least five years of machine learning experience in fintech, payments, or a similarly regulated consumer domain, along with a quantitative degree, advanced SQL and Python skills, and experience with model deployment, monitoring, and production reliability.
