Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior AI Application Engineer for its AI Venture Studio delivery team to build secure, cloud-hosted agentic AI products and cross-functional knowledge infrastructure. The role focuses on AWS-native backend services, APIs, agent runtimes, retrieval and semantic-layer systems, CI/CD, observability, security, and production-ready MVPs. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, at least five years of relevant software, cloud, platform, or backend engineering experience, and proficiency with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript/Node, AWS, containers, infrastructure-as-code, LLM and RAG technologies, and MCP/FastMCP. The position is available in Brisbane, California; Cambridge Crossing; Princeton, New Jersey; and Seattle, Washington, with full-time compensation ranging from $137,530 to $183,319 depending on location.
