Aiven is hiring a Process Automation Engineer to redesign manual business processes and build reliable software, APIs, integrations, and agents that automate workflows while preserving human decision points. The role focuses on production systems, observability, failure handling, exception controls, and safe reuse, with work centered on Finance, People, Go-to-Market, or other business functions. The position is based at Aiven's Helsinki headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule of three office days per week.
