Description
Later is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to embed with non-technical teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions. The role builds and ships AI-powered internal tools and automations using LLMs, agents, RAG, APIs, scripts, and no-code/low-code platforms; hardens them for production reliability; and coaches non-technical colleagues to build their own solutions. The position requires a track record of delivering measurable automation impact, strong AI and API fluency, business-first problem-solving, communication skills, and comfort with data. Compensation is CAD 110,000–160,000, with hybrid work in Boston, Vancouver, or Vancouver, and select fully remote options.
