Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Infrastructure Automation, Software Development, or DevOps environments
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, or similar languages
Experience working with cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
Experience implementing AI Engineering, AI Agent Development, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI automation platforms
Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or FreshService
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Azure, Terraform, Ansible, DevOps, AI Engineering, or related technologies
ITIL certification
Experience supporting large-scale global IT environments
