EVERSTAR is hiring a Senior AI Backend Developer (Python) for an R&D team focused on developing, testing, and scaling AI solutions. The role covers end-to-end service development, RAG systems, AI agents, integration of Hugging Face models, high-load API development, and DevOps operations including Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. The position is based in an office in Kyiv, with up to 10 days of remote work per year, and includes health insurance, vacation, flexible scheduling, learning support, and market-rate compensation.
