EarnIn is hiring a full-time AI Engineering Manager to build production-grade AI agents, developer tools, evaluation infrastructure, and agentic workflows across platform engineering, developer experience, and applied AI. The role partners with architects, domain leads, and product engineers to create reusable libraries, templates, and guardrails that enable engineering teams to integrate AI safely and efficiently. It requires at least four years of full-time software engineering experience, including two years building tooling, platforms, or internal developer products, along with LLM, agent, MCP, and evaluation experience. The position is based in Mountain View, California, with a hybrid schedule requiring two in-office days per week and a base salary of $228,000 to $279,000 plus equity and benefits.
