Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks and tests using QA feedback. Applicants need 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript or TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, testing, and English at B2+ level. Work is not permanent employment, is estimated at about 30 hours per task, and is paid per accepted task at a rate of up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
