Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate challenging tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable tasks, writing functional and integration tests that fairly accept valid solutions and reject incorrect ones, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates need 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test development, and English proficiency at B2+ or above. Work is not permanent employment, is paid per accepted task, and tasks are estimated at about 30 hours each, with compensation up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
