Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining tasks based on quality assurance feedback. The opportunity is not permanent employment, is paid per accepted task, allows the worker to choose when to work within deadlines, and requires 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, testing, and English at B2+ level.
