Description
Salesforce’s Fin AI is hiring a Senior AI Deployment Consultant for its Deployment Services team. The role leads end-to-end deployments for large and complex customers, defining scope, timelines, success criteria, and project strategy while coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams. The consultant acts as the primary customer contact, performs hands-on Intercom and Fin configuration, manages integrations, data migrations, security reviews, and technical readiness, and tracks adoption and customer-satisfaction metrics. The position requires at least six years of customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services experience, strong project management and communication skills, and technical comfort with software platforms, APIs, and data flows. It is a hybrid role requiring employees to be in the office at least three days per week.
