CIMA+ is hiring a Senior AI Developer, Agentic AI to design, develop, deploy, and operate production-ready AI applications, agents, and automations. The role involves architecting scalable agentic solutions using RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, memory management, and enterprise integrations; building secure, maintainable solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud services; implementing software development best practices; and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, more than five years of software, AI, or data engineering experience, strong Python and Azure AI Foundry skills, and bilingual French and English proficiency.
