Justworks is hiring a Senior AI Enablement Engineer, People to build production-grade AI and automation systems for its People function. The role owns agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, Snowflake data integrations, AI reliability and evaluation, data privacy controls, and responsible AI deployment while partnering with People strategy, engineering, and data teams. Candidates need at least six years of software engineering experience and two years building LLM-based production systems, along with familiarity with LLM observability, vector embeddings, and HR systems. The position is based in the New York City office and targets a base salary of $166,000 to $214,000 per year.
