Gloat is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and operate production-grade LLM agents for workforce and skills data. The role covers multi-agent orchestration, RAG and retrieval over a knowledge graph, tool and function calling, MCP integrations, evaluation and safety guardrails, model-agnostic deployment across Anthropic, Google, and IBM watsonx, and production monitoring across Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Copilot. Candidates need 5+ years of production software development, strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, and proven experience shipping LLM agents to production.
