Description

Kharon is hiring a full-time Senior AI Engineer, Agentic Systems in Madrid, Spain. The role builds and deploys AI agents that interpret, prioritize, and act on geopolitical and financial signals, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, retrieval systems, APIs, CI/CD, and Kubernetes deployments. The position offers a hybrid arrangement of three days per week, an annual salary of €95,000–€115,000 plus a discretionary bonus, and requires at least five years of relevant professional experience. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, data science, software engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role
Experience building and operating RAG pipelines and agentic systems in production
Experience designing APIs and deploying containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
Preferred Qualifications: Interest in or experience with global security, financial crime, sanctions, export controls, or related domains
Experience with graph-aware retrieval, graph databases, or integrating knowledge-graph outputs into search and agentic systems
