Kharon is hiring a full-time Senior AI Engineer, Agentic Systems in London, United Kingdom. The role builds and deploys AI agents that interpret, prioritize, and act on geopolitical and financial signals, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, retrieval systems, APIs, CI/CD, and Kubernetes deployments. Candidates need at least five years of experience in AI engineering or a closely related field, strong Python and SQL skills, and production experience with agentic systems. The position offers a hybrid arrangement of three days per week, annual remuneration of £105,000–£120,000 plus a discretionary bonus, and fully-sponsored private health insurance.
