Description

Mindera is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for AI Systems to own reusable accelerator cores, multi-agent workflows, agent design, evaluation pipelines, telemetry, reliability, cost control, and observability for agentic systems. The role requires at least six years of relevant AI engineering and software development experience, production AI software development lifecycle experience, deep LLM application engineering knowledge, end-to-end agentic-systems experience, familiarity with orchestration frameworks, and working fluency with a cloud data platform and SQL. The position supports remote work from Morocco, with offices in Casablanca and other global locations.

Required Previous Experiences: At least 6 years of professional experience in AI engineering and software development
Experience deploying a customer-facing application across DevOps, frontend, and backend

End-to-end experience building agentic systems
Familiarity with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI
Working fluency with a cloud data platform and SQL
