Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its AI Venture Studio / AI Accelerator team to design and build cloud-native, AI-first applications and agentic AI products that transform pharmaceutical workflows and patient outcomes. The role focuses on backend engineering, MCP services, retrieval and context systems, agent orchestration, evaluation/observability, and platform reliability on AWS, with strong emphasis on security, scalability, and rapid MVP delivery in agile sprint cycles. It is a full-time position based in one of several U.S. locations and requires 5+ years of experience plus a bachelor’s degree or higher.
