Cyncly is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Pune, India, for a permanent full-time office-based role. The position focuses on developing analytics and AI/ML solutions, conducting exploratory data analysis, building and integrating models, maintaining data systems, and supporting scalable solutions across multiple clients. Responsibilities include data analysis, database and data-collection development, trend analysis, debugging, and collaboration with Data Engineers. Required qualifications include a master’s or B.Tech degree in a quantitative field, at least four years of AI/ML implementation experience, and experience with computer vision, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP. Additional exposure to image classification, diffusion models, voice assistants, and chatbots is a plus.
