Datashift is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to translate client requirements into scalable, secure, and measurable AI applications, from proof of concept through production. The role covers generative AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, data pipelines, cloud deployment, software engineering, MLOps, and responsible AI practices, while also mentoring junior colleagues and supporting presales and business development. Candidates need at least four years of AI engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, cloud and MLOps experience, and fluent English.
