Doctolib is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Python) to join their Conversational AI (CAI) team within the Practice Efficiency domain. The mission is to build and scale a new product, the Phone Assistant, aiming to revolutionize access to care for patients and daily practice management for practitioners. This role involves leveraging AI, NLP, and speech recognition to create user-friendly experiences and scale the product to millions of users. The successful candidate will design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic LLM systems, validate hypotheses with data and A/B tests, partner with other machine learning teams, and develop core agentic capabilities.
