Description
The Senior AI Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of responsible AI, safety, quality, evaluation, and governance practices across GenAI and agentic AI solutions. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with quality engineering, AI validation, guardrails, observability, risk controls, and production monitoring, while mentoring engineers and contributing reusable governance and testing assets. It requires at least five years of experience in software, AI, quality, test, or governance engineering, along with practical experience across LLM systems, RAG, agentic workflows, evaluation, red-teaming, fairness, and enterprise AI governance tooling.
