FutureHouse is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to serve as a technical collaborator, educator, and AI engineering lead for postdoctoral Fellows and research partners. The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI agents and tools for biology research, coaching researchers in AI tool use, developing tutorials and workshops, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Candidates need 5+ years of machine-learning and software engineering experience, Python proficiency, LLM and AI/ML systems experience, an M.S. in science or equivalent research experience, and strong teaching and project-management skills. The role offers $220,000-$310,000 in compensation and full healthcare coverage.
