Google Cloud is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Spain to build and optimize high-performance evaluation pipelines, observability frameworks, customer user journeys, and complex agentic workloads. The role focuses on reasoning loops, tool selection, latency, security, networking, rate limiting, error management, regional failover, monitoring, and alerting for production AI systems. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, six years of Python or similar software development experience, and experience with production AI systems, cloud platforms, AI/GenAI solutions, multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, and multilingual natural language processing models. The position offers €90,000–€92,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, benefits, and travel of up to 50%.
