Description
The Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI-enabled solutions for Mastercard’s Technology Regulatory Execution (TREx) and Technology Regulatory Market Compliance (TRMC) operations. The role covers machine learning and generative AI model development, prompt engineering, MLOps, cloud deployment, observability, automation, and responsible AI governance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, at least five years of relevant software or AI experience, and at least three years of production AI or machine learning experience. The position is based in O’Fallon, Missouri, with a base salary of $115,000–$184,000 USD.
