Osano is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to architect and deploy privacy-first AI systems, including autonomous agents, strict-source-following RAG systems, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks. The role involves building scalable FastAPI backend services, orchestrating workflows with LangGraph, deploying AI workloads on AWS or Azure, optimizing model performance and cost, and embedding privacy-by-design and compliance practices. Candidates need at least five years of professional experience, strong Python and LLM orchestration expertise, and experience with RAG, autonomous agents, and evaluation frameworks. The position is fully remote within the United States, with possible in-person interviews in Austin, Texas, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
