Description
Provectus is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship production generative AI, RAG, and agentic systems for enterprise customers. The role works in a senior pod with Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives, owns technical decisions and components, and is responsible for evaluation, observability, guardrails, LLMOps, agent monitoring, cost and latency optimization, documentation, handover, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. The position requires at least five years of software or machine learning engineering experience, production LLM and agentic workflow experience, strong Python or TypeScript and AWS skills, and the ability to work across distributed teams.
