Radancy is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design AI architecture, develop data collection and modeling frameworks, implement classification pipelines and inference, improve application performance, and build scalable automated data pipelines using Apache Kafka. The role requires strong software engineering and backend experience, knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure, along with experience in distributed systems, graph databases, and production AI systems. The position is described as asynchronous, remote, and global, with an EU salary range of €75,000–€80,000.
