VAST Data seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, operate, and continuously improve production-grade LLM-powered applications, agents, RAG pipelines, and tool-using workflows. The cross-functional role partners across the company to identify opportunities and deliver AI tools that improve productivity, requiring strong Python and software engineering foundations, databases, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud-native development, and hands-on expertise with modern LLM, RAG, agent, vector database, evaluation, and observability technologies.
