WSA is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to build AI-powered systems that replace traditional test automation using local large language models, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, computer vision, OCR, and Python. The role involves developing frameworks for hardware-in-the-loop testing, deploying scalable on-premise systems with Docker and CI/CD, and improving system intelligence through feedback and model iteration. Candidates need at least five years of software development experience, strong Python skills, experience with AI/ML or LLM systems, computer vision or OCR, automation frameworks, and Docker or CI/CD.
