Xelix is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI systems, including agent-based workflows, LLM and machine learning solutions, model selection, evaluation, and scalable architecture. The role also involves mentoring engineers, reviewing designs, and collaborating with product and leadership. It requires at least five years of experience building and deploying ML or AI systems in production, with strong system design, AI, evaluation, and engineering leadership capabilities. The position is full-time, hybrid, and offers a salary of £80,000 to £90,000.
